GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1. SCOPE OF VALIDITY
The following Terms and Conditions are valid for all orders of Tickets and Gift Coupons at Viennapremiumtickets.com
§ 2. TERMS OF USE / WEBSITE
All information in this website is carefully checked and updated on regular basis. No warranty is undertaken for the correctness, actuality or completeness of the contents offered in these internet sites, which may be subject to alterations and errors. Access to and use of this website and any information contained or referred to therein lie within the sole responsibility of the user.
§ 3. OBJECT OF AGREEMENT
Viennapremiumtickets.com arranges / sells (acts as agent) tickets for various event organizers online. Viennapremiumtickets.com takes over the procurement, the booking and the delivery of admission tickets for its customers.
§ 4. CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By completing and submitting online (by clicking the button “Complete the Order”) all information about the selected event and the payment information, you authorize Viennapremiumtickets.com to charge your credit card with the total amount. The contract is concluded only if the payment information is correct and an immediate charge of the credit card is possible. Therefore, the automatic e-Mail confirmation of order from Viennapremiumtickets.com confirms at the same time the conclusion of the contract.
§ 5. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
If Viennapremiumtickets.com will not be able to deliver the confirmed and paid tickets due to technical, organizational or any other reasons, Viennapremiumtickets.com will refund the total price for the tickets without any deduction. Viennapremiumtickets.com is only an intermediary and takes no liabilities for the Content, Cast and Program Changes, Cancellations or the Rescheduling of the Events. If Viennapremiumtickets.com receives information about the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, Viennapremiumtickets will try and do it’s best to inform its customers about the changes and if possible also take over the refund of the ticket prices on behalf of the event organizer. However, Viennapremiumtickets.com does not take any liability for the direct or indirect costs related to the booking (example: Travel and Hotel costs).
§ 6. DELIVERY
Viennapremiumtickets.com offers at least one cost-free delivery method for all events, such as E-Ticket, Picking up the Tickets at the Box Office of the Venue (WillCall) or Picking up the Tickets at the Office of Viennapremiumtickets.com. For E-Tickets (Electronic / E-Mail Tickets) there is no need for additional ticket delivery (the printed E-Ticket / E-Mail Confirmation is at the same time the admission ticket). For some events (such as Vienna State Opera), tickets can be booked and paid online months in advance, but the tickets can be delivered or picked up only few weeks before the event date.
Seating Arrangements: We guarantee that when you purchase two tickets, they will be located next to each other. However, we cannot guarantee that all of your tickets will be located together if you purchase more than two. We will do our best to seat groups together, but this is subject to availability in the house. If you have any special seating requests, please contact our customer service team, and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible.
§ 7. PAYMENT
Viennapremiumtickets.com accepts all main Credit Cards. The Credit Card will be charged immediately and automatically upon receiving the order.
§ 8. PRICES
Prices at Viennapremiumtickets.com include all taxes and fees. For the majority of events listed on the website, there are no extra fees however, some Events have additional fees. For more information please contact us directly.
§ 9. CANCELLATION POLICY
Viennapremiumtickets.com is one of the very few online ticket offices to generally offer a possibility to cancel the already purchased tickets.
Special Events – Tickets

These tickets are partially refundable and only if we receive the cancellation request up to 6 months before the performance date at office@viennapremiumtickets.com.
In this case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged. 50% of the cost will be reimbursed.
We are not obliged to repay the commission, as we have fulfilled our contractual side by providing the admission ticket (s).
All Other Tickets
Tickets that have been paid for cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case the event is canceled the ticket price will be refunded by us. We are not obliged to return the commission as we fulfilled our side of the contract by providing the ticket(s).
Changes in the announced cast are no entitlement for a ticket return.
§ 10. GIFT COUPONS
The Gift Coupons purchased at Viennapremiumtickets.com can be used to order tickets for any event offered at Viennapremiumtickets.com or Vienna-Opera.com. The Gift Coupon will be sent to you electronically in a form of Code. The validity of Gift Coupons expires after one year.
Buying Gift Coupons
By completing and submitting the secure Gift Coupon order form you authorize Viennapremiumtickets.com to charge your Credit Card with the amount you have selected for the Gift Coupon. An original signature is not required.
Generally, you can purchase a Gift Coupon for yourself or you can optionally send it per E-Mail as a present to any other Person. After completing and submitting the secure Gift Coupon order form, Viennapremiumtickets.com will automatically send you (and optionally to another Person select by you) an E-Mail confirmation of your purchase, including the unique Gift Coupon Code, its value and the date of validity.
It is your responsibility (and optionally the responsibility of the Person you have selected to send the Gift Coupon to) to save the Gift Coupon Code from loss. Generally, your Gift Coupon Code and its value can be used by any person who provides the correct code while ordering tickets at Viennapremiumtickets.com.
Using the Gift Coupon
While ordering tickets for any event offered at Viennapremiumtickets.com you will have the option to provide a Gift Coupon Code in a specific form field and click on “Check Code”. If the Gift Coupon Code is correct and still valid, the system will automatically deduct the value of your Gift Coupon from the total price of your order.
You can use a Gift Coupon only for one specific booking at Viennapremiumtickets.com. After the use of your Gift Coupon Code, its value will be deleted from our database. In case the value of the Gift Coupon is higher than the value of tickets you are trying to order, the difference will be lost and you will not be able to use it again. This difference can never be refunded in cash or any other form.
Cancellation of Gift Coupons
Gift Coupons can be cancelled without giving any reason and up to two weeks after the receipt of the Gift Coupon Code. The cancellation request, including the Gift Coupon Code should be sent at info@viennapremiumtickets.com. The 2-weeks deadline begins upon receiving the E-Mail Confirmation including the Gift Coupon Code. The value of the Gift Coupon will be refunded without any deduction. Used Gift Coupons cannot be cancelled.
§ 11 JURISDICTION
For foreign private and business customers the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. For Austrian private customers the place of jurisdiction is their local court.
